Summer Program 2011

Seven fun-filled weeks of themed activities, crafts, creative movement, special Friday events, and water play! Choose just one, or as many sessions as you please!

• Week Three – June 27 – July 1 – Peace Camp: Sadako Revisited, International Peace Project
• Week Four – July 11 – July 15 – Let’s Get Physical: Creative Movement
• Week Five – July 18 – July 22 – Super Scientists: Develop a Scientific Mind
• Week Six – July 25 – July 29 – Picasso, Monet, & Jammin Musicians
• Week Seven – August 1 – August 5 – Under the Big Top Circus

Summer Camp Schedule

• June 13 – July 1, 2011, Session One
• July 4 – July 8 Mid-summer Break, Camp Closed
• July 11 – August 5, 2011, Session Two

All Primary level children must be fully potty trained.Monday – Friday: full and half-day schedules are available.Half-day dismissal is 12:30 pm for Pre-Primary, and 1:00 pm for Primary. Camp will be closed July 4 – July 8.

Summer Camp Deposit / Tuition Information

A $25.00 deposit, per child per week, for weeks 1-3, (June 13 –July 1), is due by Monday, March 21st. A $25.00 deposit, per child per week, for weeks 4-7, (July 11 – August 5), is due by Monday, April 11th. This deposit secures a place for summer camp, and is applied toward camp tuition. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. If you sign up for a week and your child does not attend that week, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits for one week will not be applied to other weeks. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Tuition payments for students enrolled in Weeks 1-3, (6/13 – 7/1), will be due by Friday, May 13th. Tuition payments for students enrolled in Weeks 4-7, (7/11 – 8/5), will be due by Friday, May 27th.

Applications are now available and placement will be on a first come – first serve basis. Enrollment is open to the entire Frederick Community. Prior attendance at FCD is not required. Staffing will be from FCD school year staff and will be announced prior to the start of camp.
