Enrollment
We encourage you to visit Frederick Country Day before submitting an application...a visit is worth a thousand words. Please call the center to schedule a visit so we can make sure a staff member is available to answer your questions and discuss your needs. Please follow the application process as outlined below.
Enrollment Process
Complete Application
Complete the application and return it to the center with the $50.00 non-refundable application fee.
Application Review
If space is available we will notify you and schedule a time to visit the facility. Dearbought residents have priority. If space is not available we will place your child's name on the waiting list.
Deposit
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit, (see contract), is required upon acceptance to reserve your child's place. The deposit will be applied to June tuition.
Complete Health Forms
Complete all Health Forms, Immunization Records, and the Emergency Form, and return them to the office. Enrollment may not commence until all required health and emergency forms and fees have been received.
Special Needs Children
Children with special needs may be enrolled at the center if their development and social needs can be met with reasonable accommodations and without fundamentally altering the development programs offered by the center. The director is the sole determining authority in all cases.
